POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for processing customer orders in WMS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update the customer compliance information for all traffic routing by frequently reviewing customer’s websites
• Review validity of order details such as lines/quantities in WMS given by Order Management Analyst
• Coordinate with warehouse replenishment team and Order Management Analysts any discrepancies/rejections on inventory
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick up
• Prepare documents such as shipping labels, packing list, and BOLs
• Coordinate any last-minute short picking; missed pick up and/or overflows back to Order Management Analysts or update (submit tickets) on customer website
• Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and best practices
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS OR EDUCATION

• Effective communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
• Familiar with Manhattan Scale WMS experience a plus
• Effective interpersonal skills; with the ability to work across multiple departments
• Familiar with Netsuite a plus
