Primary Responsibilities:
The Field Coordinator is responsible for supporting the customer relationship in partnership with Field Liaison Managers, who drive operational efficiencies between Kehe and the Customer, as well as the Account team with all aspects of executing the day-to-day relationship with the Customer. Key drivers for success in this position involve building and leveraging relationships with the customers and KeHE DC contacts as well as strong communication and tracking of customer issues through to resolution.
Essential Functions:
- Daily tracking of product left on dock and redelivery plan, owning communication through to the customer including running pallet queries to provide item level detail
- Managing delivery exceptions and delivery plan, owning communication through to the customer
- Monitoring and owning customer submitted tickets, requesting Kehe support in areas such as special delivery requests, recovery deliveries, product and load integrity issues
- Prompting warehouse inventory checks for product issues received into stores, logging and tracking through to resolution
- Maintaining store order and delivery schedules, completing regular checks for alignment against the Transportation Management System
- Providing support to store personnel, Field Liaison Managers, and Account Team as needed
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous clerical experience and knowledge of operations and transportation functions preferred
- Must be proficient with MS Office- Intermediate Excel
- Strong data-entry with high rate of accuracy preferred
- Excellent communication, grammar, verbal and writing skills
- Must be resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Above average telephone skills with experience focusing on customer satisfaction (internal and external)
- High energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible
- Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule 7am-330pm
