Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (flexible hours) NO WEEKENDS!
Direct Hire/NOT temp!

What’s a typical day as a Materials Planner?
- Develop finite plans on an ongoing weekly basis to maximize machine and material usage.
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) and Standard Transfer Orders (STO) daily to manage inventory between multiple locations
- Work with interdepartmental teams to ensure Inventory, Quality, and Customer Service are aligned on order delivery
- Define and communicate Finished Goods Material, Quality, and Logistics concerns/issues and impact on finite production schedule.
- Management of specified material needs using the monthly supply-demand plan as well as MRP exception messages and other SAP tools.
- Communication of specified material needs to suppliers (internal and external) as outlined in the supply-demand plan and MRP.
- Work with Global/Regional Planner to monitor and adjust production to hit raw material and finished goods inventory target
Education and Experience:
- SAP experience
- High School Diploma
- MS Office and G Suite Knowledge
- Previous Purchasing/Logistics/Supply Chain Experience
- Ability to create purchase orders
