Kelly Hiring for Office Clerk Job at Warsaw, NY Full Time

Local, Wyoming County, NY, financial institution is looking for an Office Clerk in their Fraud Risk department.

Job duties will include:

• Processing customer requests for refunds by reviewing their transaction history and customer provided documentation.
• Monitor fraud risk programs for suspicious activity.
• Light internet research on merchants and products/services available.
• Investigate & keep up to date on fraud trends.
• Mailing letters to customers & processing replacement cards as necessary.
• Updating daily trackers
• Previous experience in the banking field helpful.
• Must have basic computer skills – MSWord, Excel, Outlook

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour dependent on experience.
