Kelly Services Hiring for Utility Operator at Huntsville, Alabama Full Time

Time for something new? Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for machine operators to work at BASF, one of our top automotive clients in Huntsville, Alabama. We have new hourly payrates and additional benefits! If you’re ready to make a change, we’re ready to help.

Pay: $17 -$19 After 6months you get $1 increase and at 1 year, you get another $1 increase.

Shift: Days 5:50am to 6pm OR Nights 5:50pm to 6am on a 2/2/3 Rotation– every other weekend is a 3-day weekend.

Benefits: 56 hours of vacation time after 90days.

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator?

• Physical demands may include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.

• 6 months of previous experience in manufacturing environment along with machine operating experience.

• Setting up manufacturing equipment and using it to complete tasks.

• Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment, evaluating the efficiency of each unit.

• Regularly, and identifying improvements as needed.

• Loading raw parts onto conveyor belt for chemical coating.

• Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs

• Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operations issues
