Kelly Services is pleased to be recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representatives for our multinational client, a leader in the oil & gas industry. This is a full time 3-6 months contract working remotely. The ideal candidates would have
solid contact center experience and should be fluent in written and spoken English.

Main Functions

• Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems and taking orders.
• Prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• This position would typically include senior Customer Service (CS) representative with extensive prior CS experience.
• Would be able to perform tasks of high complexity and difficulty, assuming responsibility for customer accounts research.
• Able to provide supervision, training and mentoring to other CS staff.

Skills and Qualifications·

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
• Excellent ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Proficient in MSOffice
• The candidates should have a passion for customer service by nature to help others find solutions or resolutions to a problem.
