Kensington Furniture in Northfield, New Jersey and is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Must be strongly proficient in excel.

This is a full-time position with starting hourly pay between $15.00-18.00.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Data & catalog entry to our point of sale system + Shopify website using different manufacturer data
• Responsible for ensuring all orders received by phone, fax, email or other sources are processed and acknowledged accurately and promptly upon receipt.
• Excel database entry & updates – MUST have experience using excel formulas and functions.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools.
• Identify customer’s needs and provide basic to moderately complex support; Identify and solve problems using available resources.
• Maintain a current knowledge of products offered in catalog to support providing basic product information.
• Handle customer complaints
• Generate sales invoices upon request.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
• Provide feedback to department leadership as needed.
• Actively engage in projects to improve service levels.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Passion for customers and delivering a world-class service experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
