Summary:

We are currently looking for full time Receptionist to join our team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to the appropriate staff or take messages when required
• Daily cash report
• Manage cash, debit, and credit purchases
• Complete supply orders
• Ship products using Purolator and prepare outgoing mail for Canada Post
• Greet customers upon their arrival at dealership
• Provide administrative support and secretarial services to assigned staff.
• Make travel arrangements for staff.
• Organize and distribute incoming mail
• Prepare bank deposits and take to the bank
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• The ability to use a computer effectively
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven to build trust and maintain relationships
• Comfortable talking on the telephone
• Demonstrates professionalism
• Previous receptionist experience, or office experience (1-2 years)
