Summary: Kenworth Ontario is currently looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our dedicated team. Ideally we would like the candidate to have past experience in a Warranty Department, working with parts or in an advisor type role. Reporting to the Warranty Manager, the Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring accuracy in processing all manufacturer’s warranty claims, meet performance objectives and process claims in a timely manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow proper paper flow procedure for warranty department.
• Invoice and process warranty claims daily.
• Ensure labour and parts information are claimed accurately.
• Correct rejected claims to ensure maximum number of claims are paid daily.
