Position: Performance Manager
Location: DC, MD, VA, Contractor Site/Hybrid
Description:
Develop efficient and accurate systems to collect and analyze IT performance data and establish best practices for achieving performance objectives
Experience in performance management for large scale enterprise IT and/or Cybersecurity operations
Experience in SLA metrics development, management, and enforcement in managed service environments
Expertise in tools and/or benchmarks used for SLA implementation, monitoring, and enforcement
Expertise in analyzing SLA performance trends for improved service performance and customer experience
Conduct and present statistical performance analysis with identification and reporting of technical barriers to performance
Expertise in establishing performance objectives and update to meet changing operating requirements and in compliance with contractual obligations
Demonstrated ability to analyze and report current status to the senior level clients and effectively develop remediation approaches as needed
Experience in developing, implementing, and managing user interfaces
Provide training and development to other task order managers on best practices
Security Clearance: Eligible or possess a TS clearance with DoE Q clearance preferred
Education: Minimum of a B.S. degree in technical/IT field
Years of Relevant Experience: 10 years’ experience in IT systems operations, implementation, or development; 3 years’ experience in performance management
Certifications: PMP, technology related certification in ITIL, ServiceNow, SecurityPlus or CISSP desirable
