Job Descriptions:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Review monthly management accounts submitted by subsidiaries, including trend analysis with explanation.
- Assist in the planning , preparing and coordination of the annual budgeting process.
- Maintain accounting records of the Company and subsidiaries.
- Provide assistance to subsidiaries in accountings, auditing, tax, secretarial and financial matters.
- Conduct operational, financial and stock audits of subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance by subsidiaries to Group policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls.
- Preparing GST returns , updating and monitoring of daily cash flow.
- Preparing and maintaining all relevant accounting schedules, reconciliations and other related matters.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- LCCI / ACCA / Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience.
- Meticulous, strong analytical skills and knowledge of full sets of accounts.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with ability to work independently and as a team with positive attitude
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to multi task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
