This position is for a Process Operator – Corinth, MS $500 Signing Bonuswith a company located in Corinth, MS. Summary: Kimberly-Clark Corinth Global Nonwovens Mill is EXPANDING AGAIN and has new starting pay rate of $20.70 hr. Kimberly-Clark has approved an investment of over $140 million to expand capacity and bring new nonwovens capability to Corinth and an additional 30 new full-time jobs. Duties and Responsibilities Include: In this role you will be part of a high performing team working with technologically advanced high-speed manufacturing equipment. Requirements include the following: Demonstrating safety leadership and following all safety rules; Demonstrating working knowledge of quality systems and lab testing; Learning multiple operator functions in order to operate equipment to expected performance levels; Working as team to meet or exceed safety, productivity, and quality goals; Provide training to new and/or junior crew members; Demonstrate use of Simple Problem Solving to resolve issues to root cause; Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery and equipment; Actively support and engage in LEAN tools and activities; Maintain clean work area; Performing basic mechanical tasks and preventive maintenance on equipment; Continuous self-development. Requirements & Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older; High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of continuous work experience; Basic computer knowledge and good math skills; Must be able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime; Be able to pass a pre-employment assessment; Be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screening; Be able to pass post offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test.
