Customer Service Representative Location – Kinetec USA, Jackson WIReportingFinance ManagerGeneral OverviewThis role will be responsible customer inquiries, daily order processing and assisting with general office duties.Customer Service

• Orders/Phone Calls – Answer phone; process new orders; assist with monitoring of email inboxes; enter tracking information into system when orders are complete
• Monitor Open Orders – Follow-up on any open orders issues to resolve so orders can be shipped as quickly as possible (i.e. backorders, pricing issues, etc.)
• Filing/Organization – File and organize paperwork as needed
• Assist in other office tasks as needed

Skills/Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Self -Starter/Ability to manage time
• Strong verbal and written customer service skills
• Commitment to Team Atmosphere and Personal Responsibility

Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:
