Tele Sales / Marketing AssistantLocation – Kinetec USA, Jackson WIReportingFinance ManagerGeneral OverviewThis role will be responsible for tele sales and assisting with marketing and sales projects. In addition to a back-up to customer service.Tele Sales

• Outbound calls to existing customers and targeted new customers
• Lead Follow-up – Assist sales and marketing with customer follow-up including but not limited to show leads
• Email blasts to targeted customer groups
• Maintain email lists

Marketing

• Website -update website as directed
• Social Media – Work with UK team to provide a consistent Social Media presence
• Product launches – Assist in with new products being added and presented to our sales staff and customers
• Product Promotions – Assist with developing and implementing promotions
• Show Prep – Assist with show sample preparation and returns
• VGM Members
• Work with accounting to update customer card & pricing in NAV according to member lists (new/change/cancel)
• Contact new members to introduce to Kinetec
• Monthly reports required for membership

Customer Service -Back-upIf CSR is out of the office or help is needed in this area

• Orders/Phone Calls – Answer phone; process new orders; assist with monitoring of email inboxes; enter tracking information into system when orders are complete
• Monitor Open Orders – Follow-up on any open orders issues to resolve so orders can be shipped as quickly as possible (i.e. backorders, pricing issues, etc.)
• Filing/Organization – File and organize paperwork as needed

Skills/Qualifications

• Tele Sales or sales experience desired but not required
• Social media experience desired but not required
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written customer service skills
• Self -Starter/Ability to manage time
• Commitment to Team Atmosphere and Personal Responsibility

Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:
