Kinetic Build are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Manger to assist our growing team in all business units (technical documentation, BIM (Building Information Modelling), building services / commissioning services) as well as general administration management. Our company provides professional services to main contractors and subcontractors in the construction sector and our 2024 schedule is filling up.
This role requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player with exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to work at pace within an agile environment.
Importantly the person needs to fully embrace the Kinetic Build values and actively participate in promoting these both internally and externally.
About the role
Managing client communication and documentation delivery within the technical documentation business unit with the intention of upskilling the successful applicant to compile the required technical documentation.
Assisting our team in the BIM / building services / commissioning services business units with documentation management, tracking spreadsheets, specification / drawing reviews.
General office management including implementing / formalising company processes, organising team functions and office administration.
