**This is a part-time, 20 hour per week position that requires on-site work in Seattle, WA. There is the potential for a hybrid, partially remote schedule. Local, in-state applicants only, please.**

What you’ll do as an Order Entry Specialist:

• Receive and process a high volume of orders in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Provide order status updates to customers.
• Send invoices to customers.
• Help with warehouse order management.
• Provide customer service support on product pricing and availability.
• Quickly respond to inquiries from customers via phone and e-mail.
• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls.
• Learn, understand, and implement all customer service, support, and sales procedures and policies.
• Support sales team members and management to make continuous improvement in the sales process and quality of service.
• Provide internal support to the Retail and Wholesale Sales staff by working in Excel documents and linking to retail customer websites for updating and monitoring issues.
• Assist and support the Revenue Director in day-to-day tasks.

Desired Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, communications, marketing, etc.).
• 3-5 years of related customer service experience.
• Speak, read, and write English fluently to communicate with our customers.
• Excellent customer service skills including proper phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to quickly solve problems and take lessons learned to use in future situations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility and willingness to pivot focus – priorities frequently shift.
• Keen attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience using EDI (aka Electronic Data Interchange).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning or ERP System, Microsoft Dynamics GP highly preferred.
• Punctual and dependable – reliability is key to your success and the company’s.

Pay, Hours, & Work Address:

• Pay starts at $21.00 per hour, based on experience.
• This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week during core business hours of 8am-4pm. Individual schedules will be determined by you and your supervisor.
• We are located at 9131 10th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108, and there is potential for a hybrid, partially remote work schedule.
