King’s Dream Business Consulting is looking to add a Social Media Manager to our small team of savvy small business consultants remotely across the country. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things social media and content generation with a heart for serving the nation’s small business community. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. This is a contract role with weekly hours that range from 10-30, a flexible schedule, and room for advancement!

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities

SMM will work alongside Consultants and clients to:

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
• Suggest content optimization
• Define social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee multi-platform social media content
• Measure the success of all social media campaigns and adapt to market trends
• Create social media accounts and presence on behalf of client using most appropriate industry platforms
• Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
• Convert social media followers to paying customers by cultivating leads
• Direct report to Creative Director and Principal Consultant

Skills

• Work experience as a Social Media Manager, Marketing or comparable role
• Familiarity with social media scheduling calendars such as Hootsuite is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Promotion of social media ads and campaigns
• Excellent in Canva, Over or similar content creation tools
• Highly proficient in generating content for the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
