OVERVIEW:
To provide service and support to customers and overseas offices by providing required information and documentations in compliances with U.S. Export regulations and customers expectations in timely manner.
1. Provide service and support to both customers and overseas offices regarding shipment arrangement, status, transit schedule, and/or any irregularity
2. Monitor and provide booking & on-board confirmation to all parties for handling accounts
3. Arranges pick up and delivery schedule
4. Handles shipment on-hand and setups
5. Create shipment reports for customers and branch management
6. Log all damages and loss to report to department supervisor and manager
7. Abide by transportation security administration regulations
8. Joins monthly Customer Service Meeting
9. Joins training and review meeting for all handling accounts
List any required educational attainments (degrees, certificates, licenses, etc.): High School Diploma
List any required skills (computer, machinery, typing, etc.): Proficiency with MS Office
List any required special attributes (ability to move/pick-up certain weight capacity, personality traits, certain aptitudes, etc.): Good communication skills, Detail oriented, Team work, Ability to work under pressure
List any required experience (of what type, for what duration, in what industry, etc.): At least 1 or more years of Customer Service Experience
List any preferred educational attainments (degrees, certificates, licenses, etc.): College degree
List any preferred skills (computer, machinery, typing, etc.): N/A
List any preferred special attributes (ability to move/pick-up certain weight capacity, personality traits, certain aptitudes, etc.): N/A
List any preferred experience (of what type, for what duration, in what industry, etc.): Freight Forwarding experience preferred.
