We are looking for an Administrative/Personal Assistant to assist our Operations Manager in tackling their workload and schedule with administrative support.
The ideal candidate would be based in Wellington, and has a self-motivated attitude. We need someone who can self-start and keep the Operations Manager’s to-do list moving. Experience in admin, research and the digital app space is preferred but not required. As KIWA encompasses Te Ao Māori and Pasifika culture within our company values and projects, the ideal candidate must respect all.
Hours and place of work are negotiable. We would consider part-time for the ideal candidate and prefer a hybrid work style with the ability to work within a shared-office space frequently within Wellington City.
