Reporting to the GM Transformation Orchestration, as part of the new Transformation Office the Head of Business & Process Architecture will lead Kiwibank’s business architecture and process design functions; with overall accountability of building and maintaining a holistic view of our current and target stage.

You will work with business unit and risk leaders in building out process, procedure, and control design standards and methods. The Business & Process Architecture team will aid in scope definition, benefits assessment, change impact assessments, and guide requirements coverage to ensure robust Business Architecture processes.

This is a key leadership role in the Transformation Orchestration team and will be hands on in building and developing the Business & Process Architecture team.

• Strong leadership experience ideally in financial services industries and complex change environments, leading direct and indirect cross-functional teams
• Experience leading business architecture, process transformation or operating model functions as part of large-scale transformation delivery programmes
• Experience driving design authority and design governance for complex transformation programs with exposure or experience in TOGAF, ARIS, Process Design, and Control Design
• Strong risk-management, analytical mindset, and someone who is commercially astute to connect and enable strong business outcomes
• Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills and someone who is highly collaborative and can effectively influence hearts and minds
• A strategic thinker who is able to develop an inspiring vision, set objectives and create an integrated plan to achieve desired goals and outcomes
• An excellent communicator who can clearly communicate and articulate complex information in a simple and easy to understand format suitable for varying audiences
