We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to lead our growing Latin America recruiting team that attract and hire talent across the Koch companies. This role will support hiring across all of the Koch businesses in the Latin America region (Molex, Guardian Industries, Georgia-Pacific, Koch Industries, etc.) and have the opportunity to take an innovative approach in improving and expanding our programs, further developing our strategic partnerships, and promote the talent strategy across the Koch companies. Our businesses are seeing exceptional growth in the Latin America region, both in the building of new operations, as well as expanding our current operations. This role will lead a current team of 17 (both recruiters and recruiting coordinators ) that currently focus on indirect labor recruiting across the region. The individual will help us develop a strategy to take on direct labor recruiting over the next year from our Business HR teams that are currently doing this recruiting. The role will be located in Guadalajara Mexico.

What You Will Do In Your Role

The Talent Acquisition Director role will be broken down into three key aspects:
40%- Development/management of the recruiting team
30%- Service delivery/recruiting operations
30%- Recruiting strategy (improving current programs/processes, identifying new program offerings, growing programs, etc.)

Responsibilities within these areas could include:

• Understand the Koch company business objectives and talent needs to be able to provide innovative, scalable, recruitment solutions to meet those objectives.
• Develop new, innovative, scalable, and effective end to end experiences to recruit top talent from key sources and recruiting channels.
• Manage the day-to-day design and implementation of recruitment processes and deliverables for hiring, responding proactively to the ever-changing business needs and acting with agility and speed
• Lead the reporting of key performance recruiting metrics and identify trends and areas of opportunity through data.
• Lead, inspire and develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to effectively source, recruit, and hire talent. Provide mentorship, coaching, guidance, and career/capability development to members of your team.
• Enable, lead, and drive utilization and investment of technology and talent insights within the recruiting team to allow our team to focus on the highest value work and be strategic business partners.
• Build and sustain meaningful relationships with our leadership teams, hiring managers, and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Compliance, Marketing and Branding, Business HR, etc.) by listening, having empathy, and operating as a valued business partner.
• Partner with Koch Communications and Marketing, Public Affairs, and Talent Solutions Recruitment Marketing and Branding, to design and drive a media/marketing plan to build awareness of the Koch company employment brand.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Experience building, developing, and managing teams (preferred experience leading remote teams and an understanding of global cultures).
• Experience leading, influencing, and driving recruitment programs and strategy
• Experience leading work streams, projects, and/or initiatives (fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed (would be domestic and international travel as needed)
