About the Role
This is a permanent full-time role. The hours worked are between 10.00 pm – 6.00 am Monday to Friday
As the Night Shift Cleaning Manager, you will be leading a team focused on Rangatiratanga – Excellence in all that we do. You are responsible for efficiently leading and managing the night shift cleaning team and ensuring that all hygiene standards are met.
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager You will promote continuous improvement processes and ensure that correct cleaning procedures are implemented and followed through ongoing inspection and within budget. You will be someone who is able to step up when the Site Operations Manager is unavailable. Responsibilities include:

Your previous experience and knowledge of the cleaning process within seafood or other food-related manufacturing environments will complement your ability to engage and lead a motivated team. The skills and experience suited to this role include;
