Are you our next Learning & Development Manager?

Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model (min. two days in the office per week)

Grade: Manager

Contract type: Perm

A snapshot of your peer group:

• Our Learning & Development Managers each have at least 5 years’ experience
• Your peer group have a variety of Degree (Hons) backgrounds – Learning & Development, Project Management, Change Management, Psychology, Education, Information Management, Information Technology
• Strong project management skills, highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and detail-oriented
• Superb people management experience, with a strong focus on coaching
• Each Manager enjoys working on their own initiative – they are known to be proactive, driven and enthusiastic
• A proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with people at all levels of an organisation.
• Within our L&D department, we have a keen interest in technology, learning through technology and driving efficiency

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

Business Consulting:

• Consulting with partners and directors in the firm to identify development requirements
• Design training solutions and integrate learning into the workplace
• Evaluating training activity in line with business objectives
• Consulting with training vendors and contractors

Programme Management:

• Project managing the roll-out of training courses and programmes firmwide
• Managing communication processes, resources and budgets for large scale programmes

Training Design and Delivery:

• Design and delivery of a range of Leadership and Digital skills training.
• Working with subject matter experts to design best-in-class technical training programmes.

People Management:

• Performance management of Training Professionals with particular emphasis on support, coaching and development.

Success in this role will require the post holder to work effectively with the other members of the training team, to ensure that the firm receive a professional service from the KPMG Business School.
