Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire Senior Consultants for our Financial Management Consulting practice for an initial 18-month contract with the opportunity for extension. As a member of our Financial Management team, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of sectors on exciting client engagements.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

• Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA)
• 1-2 years PQE experience
• A background with clients reporting under US GAAP
• Experience with month end/ quarter end reporting
• Financial statements preparation under IFRS/US GAAP is desirable

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

• Working as part of a client focused, high performing team, deliver transformational change including design and optimisation of business processes and introduction of new and efficient ways of working.
• Working with clients to develop insights and identify opportunities for high impact change and subsequently lead and deliver sustainable, meaningful improvement projects.
• Ensure financial records are in compliance with US GAAP. Consistently maintains appropriate internal controls and upholds company policies and procedures including Worldwide Controller’s manual.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate review and posting of month-end close and accounting transactions; P&L and balance sheet account analysis, review, reconciliation, and resolution.
• Responsible for the accounting and reporting requirements under US and local GAAP. Assist market finance team with technical accounting issues.
• Responsible for supporting and/ or preparation of the Statutory Accounting Activities.
