About the role
The dressing cook key operator is an online- hands on person- their primary focus is running the dressing prep area efficiently.
The dressing cook key operator should attain dept goals by planning- guiding of staff- ensuring plant is maintained and set up correctly- whilst having a quality focus and being motivated toward specific targets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of equipment is up to date and addressed when needed
- Ensure effective shift changeovers and line changeovers occur.
- Ensure adherence to and accuracy of S.O.P’s
- Participate and assist in new product development
- Train staff to the area to standard operating procedures
- Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times
- Ensure product safety at all times.
- Drive change in a positive manner.
- Identifying opportunity and solutions by proposing improvement.
About You
- High level of competence in plant processes and systems within the area
- Flexibility and Multi-skilling within the team they operate
- Good Problem-Solving skills
- Product/Process/Plant Knowledge
- Organisational skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Numerical Skills
