KT VIRTUAL OPS Hiring for Full-time Remote Call Center Rep (Inbound) at Remote Full Time

Seeking experienced Call Center Agents for a remote opportunity.

This will be an inbound call center position that will start as a 6-month assignment with the possibility to go perm with the client based on performance. Must be able to work a min of 40-hour/ week schedule between 8 am-12 am ET, 7 days a week. (You will have the opportunity to select the days and times you prefer to work).

For this role, we are seeking skilled and knowledgeable call center individuals who are comfortable interacting and providing account support and troubleshooting to customers, providers, and/or their representatives, fluent in computer navigation and toggling while confidently and compassionately engaging with the caller.

Must be able to pass an internet speed of a minimum of 100MBPS and must have access to your router to run an Ethernet cable. Pay Rate: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour work hours. Your pay rate depends on the hours you work. Work 46+/week and earn $13.00/hr.

This is a work-at-home position that requires excellent self-discipline. We are looking for candidates that can work full-time (at least 40/week.) We pay an additional $1/hr for those that work at least 46 hours/week, WE REWARD HARD WORK!

We provide all training required.

To succeed in this position, you must:

• Have a sense of self-discipline
• Be willing and available to work at least 40 hours a week, EVERY WEEK
• Be available for training at required times
• Maintain high metrics by clocking in and working your scheduled times
• Attend all team meetings

Requirements:

• A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor is recommended. ( Dual monitors are preferred)
• Dual boot machines, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited from use. ( all-in-one computers are not compatible with our systems).
• Internet Connection via Ethernet. Wi-fi is prohibited.
• Noise Canceling Headset
• Quiet work area with little to no background noise or distractions.
• Must pass a background check
• Drug test MAY be required at any time during servicing
