Kunimoto Architect Design Group (Guam), LLC. Hiring for CAD Operator at Barrigada, GU Full Time

Essential and Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely under the direct supervision of an NCARB Registered Architect
• Develop and Produce Detailed Design Drawings Using Computer Assisted Drafting Systems (CAD)
• Create accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches and/or verbal instruction
• Modify and Revise Drawings and Mark Up as Needed
• Systematically save sketches and drawings electronically, Update project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made
• Make site visits and observations as required

Progressive CAD drafting experience preferred
