While onsite at client health systems, associates order supplies, maintain inventory systems, receive orders, organize supplies, and stock supplies as needed. Will have daily interaction with the client’s Lab Management Team, and place orders based on lab requests, follow up on order needs, ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies, receive and confirm all incoming supply and consumable orders, conduct regular inventory control, and address any issues related to instrumentation. Will take appropriate measures to control costs as prescribed by operational best practices. Must be able to work independently, taking ownership to triage and troubleshoot customer’s supply chain needs to ensure fast resolution. Will provide exemplary customer service and represent Labcorp in a professional manner at all times.
Pay Range: $60,000 – $85 ,000 yearly salary
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm), additional days and hours may be required

Job Responsibilities:
Place orders based on laboratory supply needs
Follow up on pending orders
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all supplies
Perform inventory control on a regular basis
Monitor and maintain service standards in adherence with hospital agreement
Compile and evaluate data, policies and procedures in order to maintain quality service
Receive and confirm all incoming orders
Handle any issues related to instrumentation
Act as liaison between hospital and LabCorp
Make recommendations to management when applicable
Interact with client, vendors and leadership on a daily basis
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates Degree preferred; Healthcare concentration is a plus
Minimum 2 years of Laboratory Operations experience
Experience in Laboratory Supply Chain is a plus
Proficient in MS Office; PeopleSoft is a plus
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Ability to perform at a high level as an individual contributor
