Full-time or Part-time CNA, certified nursing assistant, positions available Day and NOC hours available.

To provide assistance and treatment to patients of LTAC Hospital and CBRF.

To help ensure active participation in the rehabilitation program.

To participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.

To provide education, assistance, supervision, safety, and behavior management for the patient population.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care needs, daily activities, group activities, feeding and bathing to name a few.
