Lamudi Hiring for Outreach Events Associate Job at Ciudad de México Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• The Event Associate shall be in charge of coordinating and executing all events under the Lamudi umbrella: Lamudi exclusive events, corporate events, internal company events and executive high level events.The individual should work in close partnership with Lamudi’s marketing, sales and HR team to execute the portfolio of events.

• Develop telemarketing efforts to ensure high attendance to all events, using phone calls, e-mail or any other media. Events may have free or paid attendance.

• Actively participate in the maintenance of our databases and follow up on all necessary actions towards our clients such as attendance confirmations, payments, etc …

• Ensure that all events led by Lamudi are run as planned.

• Be the main contact with our customers, providing a complete service experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Recently graduated, or last semesters, from Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Administration or related.

• Interested in marketing development .

• Availability: Full Time.

• +6 months work experience.
