LandSolutions Inc Looking for Mineral Administrator at Calgary, AB Full Time

LandSolutions is looking to expand their talent pipeline in Calgary to service our clients by supporting the Talent Sourcing team in our Asset Management Division. These consultant positions are largely outsourced and hosted at the Client’s offices. We are currently looking for a Mineral Administrator in our clients’ offices in Calgary and remotely. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension after the contract term.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a Mineral Administrator

Experience reviewing and analyzing Saskatchewan Freehold Mineral Titles

Experience reviewing freehold lease terms, conditions, confirming and analyzing whether existing subleases granted by 3rd parties are valid

Experience generating termination letters and mail to sublessees to action

Experience analyzing Pooling and Unit Agreements to confirm validity of Contracts

Experience reviewing drainage area units for wells linked to Freehold Leases and where appropriate create new lease files for wells

Expert skills using CS Land, ISC/IRIS, MS Excel, and Microsoft teams
