Behaviour Mentor– Dorking

We are now recruiting for an outstanding school in Dorking as they are looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to inspire and support secondary male students with Social and Emotional Mental Health needs.
About the role:
- To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the students’ growth
- To offer personalised teaching and learning in a behaviour-needs environment
- To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children
- A devoted Behaviour Mentor to support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1

Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs
- Available immediately to work as a Behaviour Mentor
- Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced DBS
