Lara Search currently recruiting for the following full-time positions for our primary school based in Brent – Cricklewood
- 1:1 SEND TA for student in Year 3 with significant behavioural challenges/ ADHD, SEMH – MUST be looking for a challenge with this position and have strong behaviour management skills. This will be a very challenging role!
Due to the student’s needs, he will be starting on a reduced timetable until he settles in.
- 1:1 SEND TA for new child in Year 2 with Autism and SEMH and very limited verbally – working on an EYFS curriculum and will need a lot of support both in lessons and managing social situations.
- 1:1 SEND TA for EYFS student with autism
- Nursery Nurse for EYFS
- General EYFS teaching assistant

- Able to work 8.30am – 3.30pm (Monday to Friday during term time only)
- Enthusiastic
- Able to use own initiative
- 100% attendance
- Great interest in making a difference
- Passion for supporting children with SEND.
- Experience supporting students with Autism and severe challenging behaviour.
- Able to provide a fun and interactive environment for the students.
- Able to fully commit for a year long contract.
- Have a real passion for supporting SEND students; see it more than just a job.
- Career aspirations, maybe you are a graduate aiming to become a teacher.
- Passion for supporting children with special needs, especially with autism
