Secondary Teaching Assistant – Addington

We are now recruiting for an outstanding school in Addington as they are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to inspire and support students with special needs.
About the role:
- To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the students’ growth
- To offer personalised teaching and learning in an autism-specific environment
- To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children
- A devoted Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1 and in small groups

Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs
- Available immediately to work as a Teaching Assistant
- Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced DBS
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role
