Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities: The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of multiple projects for Delivery Network Operations. These projects will center around optimizing the recruitment funnel, increasing contractor compliance, minimizing the cost per contractor acquisition, and managing third party vendor integration and optimization of the workflows.

This person will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, communicating with cross functional stakeholders to ensure all parties understand their responsibilities and are able to fulfill them in the expected timeline.

Experience and Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project/program management
• Extremely organized with the ability to look forward and create strategy while also maintaining a focus on attention to detail
• Able to work cross-functionally across a wide range of departments to track deliverables and understand the relationship between Delivery Network Operations and the organization
• Experience interacting with Senior Level managers inside and outside the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
• A motivated self-starter who is solution-oriented, with an inquisitive nature and a desire to seek a deeper understanding of everything they work on
