You present treatment options to prospective patients.
You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
You help meet patients’ needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.
A clear view of your assets
You have a broad background in customer service, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, etc.
You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client follow-up techniques.
You are organized, self-disciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
You are flexible to work various schedules, with some occasional evenings and weekends.
