Responsibilities:
Sort incoming mail and packages by department and recipient
Deliver mail and packages to appropriate recipients
Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment
Operate mail processing equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and label printers
Maintain accurate records of mail and packages received and sent
Communicate with other departments and outside vendors regarding mail and package delivery
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in mail distribution or a related field preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
