Job description
A successful Graduate Trainee responsible for both internal and external clients of the organisation. They help in Conducting research and assist the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible. They must be familiar and adherence to the organisational policies and guidelines. Initiate meetings regularly with the supervisor and receive feedback on the progress of the training program.
Their major Job Duties/Responsibilities include:
Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible. They Participate in training, meetings, workshops, and team-building events as well as taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned. They
Compile reports, making presentations to other staff members, analyze existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
