Well-established matrimonial law firm in Boca Raton is looking for a legal secretary. Candidate must have experience with transcription, typing, calendaring and general secretarial work. Candidate should possess excellent proofreading and organizational skills, with an eye for detail. Data entry, filing, and assisting with legal work and general office work is also part of this position.
You will be working predominantly with one attorney on creating and revising drafts of complex motions, comprehensive formal agreements and intricate appellate briefs. Family law experience is helpful but not required. Must be comfortable working with Word, Wordperfect, Outlook and Adobe. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
