The Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting visitors, welcoming and providing orientation for new residents and their families, coordinating orientation for new employees as well as organizing non-medical services for residents such as telephone service, foot care, television, etc. The incumbent is responsible for the petty cash and preparing deposits as well as preparing invoices for the bookkeeper and mailing checks, managing a filing system and completing necessary reports. The incumbent is also the supervisor of the Activity Coordinator.
