LEARN (Leading English Education and Resource Network) is a non-profit educational organization with a mandate to serve the English-speaking community of Quebec. Its services and resources, provided at no charge, include elementary and secondary level teaching tools and content; professional learning; community, school and parental support; as well as a full range of online services through the LEARN Virtual Campus. LEARN’s efforts contribute to student retention, academic success, and strong English-speaking communities.
Reports to: Director of the Virtual Campus
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Support for the Virtual Campus is responsible for supporting all campus programming, as well as related operational and administrative functions and services.

Position Specific Responsibilities
· Support the effective and efficient operations of the Virtual Campus, in the delivery of academic services to students and teachers, and all other related support services
· Support all LEARN Tutoring initiatives and service offers, i.e. scheduling and registration process for tutors and students, phone and email inquiries, etc.
· Support all Online Classes both during the school year and in summer school, i.e. follow up on needs assessment, registration process for students including set up for students in platforms, phone and email inquiries, etc.
· Collect data and report accordingly
· Support course development – units and teacher training resources, including adaptation of educational resources
· With IT team, process lists from school boards to data base
· Support the department by performing all other duties as assigned
