LEARN is an educational non-profit organization that offers, at no charge to our community, innovative content, materials, approaches and online resources. Our mission is to serve the educational lifelong learning needs of the English-speaking community in Quebec that wants to TEACH, to LEARN and to HELP.
LEARN offers all students who are eligible to attend English schools in the province, supplemental and complementary educational services to support staying in school and achieving academic success.
Our vision is to be the most innovative and collaborative educational organization for the English-speaking community in Quebec.
Reporting directly to the Director of the Virtual Campus, the Administrative Coordinator will support the director in numerous tasks related to operations. This is a work from home position with all required equipment provided by LEARN.
Main tasks include, but are not limited to, the coordination of;
– LEARN Tutoring
– Training of tutors and teachers
– Acquisition of data, analysis and reporting on usage
– Summer school support.
– Self-Paced Blended Learning course development – provide support to the instructional design and online course development
– Provide technical support where applicable for online classes, management, and infrastructure
– Collaborate with marketing and staff to develop marketing and communications strategy to promote LEARN’s online learning programs
– Support quality assurance for all online and blended learning services offered by LEARN.
