Leavitt Machinery Hiring for Branch Administrator Job at Cambridge Full Time

As our first point of contact, you will meet and greet our customers and direct them to the appropriate party. You will be working in a friendly and enjoyable environment that allows you to interact with people from various departments. Duties include the following:

• Assist Branch Manager
• Manage incoming calls
• File, open, or distribute daily mail
• Shipping & receiving
• Complete reports
• Perform other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Branch Administrator that meets the following qualifications:

• One-year experience in a fast-paced office environment
