Ledra Brands Looking for Customer Service Care at Orange, CA Full Time

As we are growing significantly, we are looking to add to our team the right candidate for the position of Inside Sales Representative. You will be developing new and nurturing long time relationships with territory Rep agencies, customers and inside staff. The job also entails Order Entry, from simple to very complex orders for our 3 major brands. You will report directly to the Inside Sales Supervisors.

• Strong Customer Service experience. Minimum of 5 years preferred
• Experience in processing orders, providing order update status via phone and/or email, ETA on all products, information on back orders, tracking information and issuing Returned Material Authorization (RMA)
• Responding to customers questions & inquiries
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are a must
• Good organization and work prioritization skills are a must
• Exceptional telephone and email etiquette
• Willingness to learn new product information and seize opportunities to expand your job knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure and express exceptional critical thinking skills
• Dependable and reasonable – follows directions, works well in a team environment, works with little supervision when required and maintains a sense of urgency to complete work quickly and accurately
• Familiarity with Lighting & Electrical is a PLUS
• Basic computer skills are a must including Excel, Word and Outlook, experience with SAP and/or NetSuite for order entry is a PLUS
• Possess a desire to learn and understand technical products
• Cheerful, positive attitude and a desire to help people
