Ledra Brands Looking for Customer Service representative at Orange County, CA Full Time

Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process orders, provide order status (ESD) via phone, e-mail and/or e-commerce portal.
• Provide pricing and availability of product.
• Maintain and upload daily E-Commerce inventory feed.
• Provide tracking information and issue Returned Material Authorizations (RMA).
• Respond in a timely manner to customer questions and inquiries.
• You may perform other administrative responsibilities as assigned by Management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player that is highly motivated and can work independently, detailed oriented, organized, and efficient.
• Excellent technical capabilities to include MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new product information and seize opportunities to expand your job knowledge.
• Strong Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of NetSuite software is a PLUS!
