Reporting to the Head of Research, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide array of analytical support. This key function will help drive strategic growth and directly impact the firm’s bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the publication of the firm’s daily commentary;

Assist in the preparation and distribution of analyst reports;

• Analyze financial performance and develop forecast models;
• Create spreadsheets, charts and graphs to illustrate technical reports;
• Perform data entry, verification and back-up; and
• Maintain analyst models.

Assist in the corporate finance process;

• Perform financial review and risk assessments; and
• Perform various aspects of due diligence, as requested.

Coordinate presentations and Zoom calls within the firm;

• Contact and schedule presentations with corporate clients;
• Prepare notice to advisors with highlights of the company;
• Setup and moderate presentations and Zoom calls; and
• Capture presentations and make them available for future reference.

Communicate or liaise with corporate client’s management, finance personnel, and others in achieving assigned tasks;

Prepare written or verbal reports on general economic trends, individual corporations and industry sectors; and

Maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Economics or Business;
• A Professional designation in Finance or CFA preferred;
• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a scientific position;
• Exceptional communication and writing skills;
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
• Demonstrate ownership and execution of primary responsibilities;
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines;
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom and Mailchimp.
