Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a well-known Real Estate Development organization to assist various departments within the organization such as Closing Dept, Legal, and Client Services. The role will assist with contract management, receiving & sending client/customer information, updating files, and a high-volume of daily email correspondence with both internal executives and outside clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 2 years of administrative experience preferably with exposure to any areas of real estate transactions (for example closings, titles, law firm, banks, loans, etc)
– Ability to work well independently and thrive within a fast-paced environment
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in shared drives is preferred
– Ability to interview and start working immediately
