Job Summary: Manages the nursing and clinical support team members in multiple locations and collaborates with the directors, leaders, and administrators. Manages clinical-support decision-making, clinical workflows, and clinical staff supervision. Oversees clinical performance and quality improvement activities in the practice including development and implementation of protocols and standardization of work. Serves as a clinical resource and role model for nursing, clinical support team members, clerical staff, and the practice management team. Education – Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing as an RN

  Education – Preferred:

• Master’s Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing as an RN

  Experience – Required:

• 5 years Recent experience in a clinical setting

  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:

• Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change within a healthcare setting.

• Ability to take initiative and function independently, as well as collaboratively.

• Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR), word processing (Microsoft Word), PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Knowledge of best clinical practices.

• Mature emotional intelligence.

• Time management skills.

• Project management skills.

  Licensure – Required:

• Registered Nurse State of Pennsylvania

  Licensure – Preferred:

• CACRN – Certified Ambulatory Care RN
