Leidos is seeking an IT Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the program team, overseeing all technical, cost, and schedule performance matters and issues. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the client in revolutionizing analysis by delivering innovative tools that enable users to better find relevant information, identify connections in the data, and collaborate with the client and client’s partners and counterparts. One of the client’s goals is to make analysts more effective at their jobs. The client seeks a dynamic candidate with multifaceted knowledge of requirements gathering, validation, and tracking to join its existing group of Subject Matter Experts, Requirements Specialist, Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers, PMs, Trainers and Mission Partners. This is a fast-paced mission-supporting, analytical environment, which manages mission requirements and introduces cutting-edge technologies.
The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the program team, overseeing all technical, cost, and schedule performance matters and issues. They will attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing application updates and improvements, consistently seek out and pass along application user feedback, provide application user troubleshooting assistance as needed, and provide briefing and demonstration support as needed. The Program Manager will also obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security requirements and coordinate with partner project teams to develop measurable multi-year strategies to include investments and key deliverables. They should be prepared to plan and coordinate all program activities, including the installation and upgrading of hardware and software, utilization of cloud services, programming and systems design, development and modification of IT networks, and implementation of Internet and intranet sites. They will also ensure all necessary programmatic and technical artifacts are generated, maintained, and reviewed for accuracy in order to effectively and successfully manage the program and ensure program reporting on performance and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines. The Program Manager should also be prepared to consult and coordinate to ensure problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training needs, and task clarification are accomplished and consult with users, managers, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.

Pay Range $101,400.00 – $156,000.00 – $210,600.00
