Overall responsibilities

• Provide information to management on the actual status of the business development by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Track financial status by monitoring variances from plan (Revenue, AUR, Gross Profit & other implications)
• Support business leader in achieving target goals & drive profitable growth.
• Budget/Forecast vs. Actual variance analysis and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Execute & enhance existing and develop new tools for Finance & sales management to track business performance.
• Manage forecasting process – Winter Plan (Budget), quarterly and monthly forecasts.
• Review and approval list price and Sales forecast.
• Support local accounting and Tax team during external audit process and tax returns report.
• Assistance in financials expertise in case of country specific audits.
• Analysis & investigation around NBMC & Expenses

Month / Quarter end closing

• Responsible for monthly closing process
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data if required
• Prepare monthly financial analyses.
• Work on ongoing simplifications to improve, streamline & increase efficiency within financial reporting & month end closing activities.

Organization

You will report to CFO of LA. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings. Close interaction with Market GM, as well as HQ Finance team.

What you’ll bring/ Job Requirements

• Experience of operating in a matrix structure

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills across all seniority levels in an organization.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or Accounting

• Strong analytical/problem solving.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Systems – Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

• English advanced

• Considerable experience of the annual reporting and planning cycles, financial controls and systems.
